Dear Angel Food Customer,
It has been a blessing for Greater Light to be part of Angel Food Ministries for the last two years! When we
started, there were only 3 Angel Food locations that were anywhere near us, and now there are 16 host sites within
20 miles of Greater Light! The word is truly getting out and Angel Food is touching the lives of many local families.
In an effort to reduce repeat services, May was our last month for us to host Angel Food Ministries at Greater
Light. We firmly believe that as part of the body of Christ it is the Church’s responsibility to step in and fill the
needs of our community. We are so grateful to see so many area churches responding, and we are providing you
with information regarding other host sites that will be convenient for you to continue taking advantage of this
program.
At Greater Light we feel compelled to reach beyond what is already available and to do our very best to make a
difference in Anderson. There are many upcoming events that we invite you to be a part of, including a church
rummage sale in June and our Back to School Bash coming up this summer where we will be providing school
supplies to the children of this city absolutely free!!
As always, we invite you to come worship our wonderful God with us on Sunday mornings at 11:00 AM and to join
us in adult bible study on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM. Our Wednesday nights are also filled with children, junior
youth and senior youth activities for one of the fastest growing population of our church, our young people!
Greater Light is an exciting place for our kids to be as they learn to have a closer relationship with Christ in their
everyday lives while they have a great time as well!
